These breathing exercises are the foundation for the wonderful singing you will be doing in these programs.
Clients often notice their singing improve even before our first session together, just by doing these exercises daily.
They also appreciate how it helps them to relax, connect and slow down.
If you will create a habit of doing these 2x per day for 10 minutes for a couple weeks, they will help you enormously.
