when we reserve a regular sessions time for you you can choose in person or virtual. If not coming in person and choose to do virtual you need to let me know 24 hours in advance, preferably many days as I travel a lot and it helps me plan where I will be coaching from. I reserve the right to switch in person to virtual and will give you at least a few days notice. Awesome!
